How this works between us
Last updated August 28, 2026
Booking a circle or using this site means you're okay with what's below. It's short, and it's in plain words on purpose.
Booking a place
The first circle is $40. After it, a session is $55. You pay when you book through Stripe, and your place is confirmed once payment goes through. Each circle holds up to twelve women, and when it's full, it's full. Booking is for women 18 and over.
If you can't come
Life happens. Cancel up to a week before the session and you'll get a full refund. Closer in than that, your payment isn't lost — your spot moves to a future circle.
If we ever have to cancel or move a session, you choose: your money back in full, or a place at the next one.
What this is — and isn't
The Return to Her is a wellness circle, not healthcare. We don't diagnose or treat anything, and nothing here is medical or mental-health advice. If you're working with a therapist or doctor, this can sit alongside that work — it doesn't replace it.
Breathwork isn't for every body. If you're pregnant, or living with a heart condition, breathing difficulties, epilepsy, or a recent injury — or you're just not sure — check with your doctor first. In the room, you can always sit a practice out.
Your pace, your call
Everything in the room is an invitation. You choose what to do and how far to take it, and you can rest or step out at any moment. By joining, you accept that you take part by your own choice and at your own risk, the way you would in any movement class.
The room's care
What's spoken in the circle doesn't leave the circle — every woman agrees to that before her first session. The space is women-only. We hold the room gently but firmly: if someone can't respect it, we may ask her not to return, and we'll refund anything she's paid for sessions she won't attend.
The site
The words and images here belong to The Return to Her — please don't reuse them without asking. Payment happens on Stripe's pages and Instagram on theirs, each under their own terms. The site itself is offered as-is.
The ordinary legal line
To the fullest extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for your session. These terms are governed by New York law. If a part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. The version here when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
